Good idea. . For the price we received this, it was an incredible bargain. It was an "extra" gift, not something that my 5-yr-old requested for Christmas, but she has really enjoyed it. She likes the fact that when she sings the song, Sharpay is quiet, but she she puts the mike to Sharpay's mouth, Sharpay actually begins singing the song. For 8.99, it was 100% worth it. Because my daughter is not a big High School Musical enthusiast, had it been the original price, I would not have bought it, although, to be honest, she has played with this doll more than she's played with some of the toys that were more expensive that she actually asked for. All in all, this gift was more than an excellent purchase for us!
so cute I got this for my 4 yr old daughter for xmas but just gave it to her early. i got it at the ridiculus low price of 8.99 but it was well worth the asking price. She is dancing and singing around the entire house. She is so cute and has already half way memorized the song. She is having a ton of fun!
